The care and compassion shown by the majority of staff was seriously undermined by the total indifference of the few (contract staff?). Generally the treatment I have received was beyond reproach and I am sincerely grateful for the efforts of dedicated staff. I object most strongly to having my tablets etc handled by unwashed or uncleaned fingers. Meal distribution could benefit from a basic time and motion study.
